Greetings from K-Beauty Expo Organizing Committee.

We shared this year's ​Exhibitors' Manual and the booth layout on August 23rd, which is about 2 weeks in advance to the previous shows.

The Exhibitors' Manual includes the list of all contractors, rules and regulations, logistics, constructions and all other details in order to prepare for the exhibition.

For all details, please refer to the Exhibitors' Manual, and please feel free to contact the Organizing Committee for any urgent inquiries.

<2024 FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions)>

Q. How are booths allocated?

A. The Organizing Committee allocates the booths according to the type of exhibits(color of booth), exhibit space(50%), registration order(10%). payment order(20%), re-participation over the two years(20%).

Q​. Where can exhibitors rent furniture?

A. Furniture can be rent through KINTEX(the Venue)'s official contractors.

Filter the list of contractors by 'Exhibit Rentals' or click here for all list of contractors.

The Exhibitors' Manual also introduces 2-3 list of contractors for furniture.

  * General furniture(desk, chair, etc.): Exhibit Rentals

  * Booth related utilities(lights, electricity, carpet, graphic, etc.): Edeaplatz(official contractor)

Q. When can I send sponsored goods? Where are the products used?

A. Please submit your application for sponsored goods. You may find your application form on the appendix of the Exhibitors' Manual.

All sponsored goods will be used in various on-site event such as BeautyFull CSR Event (click for more information).

Promotions including the list of sponsored goods will be made in advance to the on-site events.

Q. What is 'Online Exhibition'? Where can I find this year's directory book?

A. K-Beauty Expo provides online directory to reach out more buyers and visitors.

The online directory is run under the name 'Online Exhibition'.

'Online Exhibition' will be open from September until the end of the year.

We ask exhibitors to fill out the information for the directory in advance.
